I am running for re-election in our growing vibrant North Texas town, Pilot Point. Join with me in our journey to continue building a strong and prosperous community.
About me
My wife and I moved to Pilot Point in 2020 with our two children from Aubrey. We purchased a historic Victorian house off of the Square and have been working hard on preserving it for future generations. Our family had always dreamed of living in a small Texas "lake town" and we have been glad to live near Ray Roberts Lake and off of the Square.
Professional Life
I am the owner and operator of an international logistics brokerage that I started right here in Pilot Point.
I am a graduate of Baylor University having received a BBA in Business Management and a BBA in Marketing when I graduated in 2006.
I have worked in logistics since 2008 working through economic downturns, a worldwide pandemic and consequent shutdown, and many other challenges. I have been able to project how to stay profitable in every circumstance.
Why I started serving
It was a visit to a council meeting and at the behest of a neighbor that I got involved in our city's council. I was appointed to Pilot Point's Municipal Development Board and then I was elected in 2022 to Place 6 on City Council. I was then nominated by the Mayor as Mayor Pro Tem.
